Community Service

In addition to serving on a standing committee, part of being an active League member requires completing at least one community service project during the course of the season. Typically projects occur during the spring months; however, on rare occasions like Hurricane Katrina, the League voted to complete an extremely easy project during the Fall at the same time as planning Home Tour. Community service projects typically require members to donate 3-4 hours max and are always rewarding and fulfilling experiences.

E-mail us if you’re interested in participating on our next project!
